At the George J. Kostas Research Institute for Homeland Security (KRI), faculty research collaborations address real-world needs in security, intelligence, and resilience. Co-located here are companies, including AeroVironment, Raytheon, the Rogers Corporation, and VRC Metal Systems, as well as branches of the U.S. military.
Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things
The mission of the Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) is to connect people and their environment wirelessly by a continuum of AI-powered devices and networks. WIoT faculty are dedicated to making wireless communications exponentially faster, more secure, and more energy efficient.
